Take step back to a time when iron-on transfers were all the rage.

They could be found in cereal boxes and as fast food promotions, at state fairs and as proof-of-purchase mail-ins. But my favorite place to find transfers, was as a special section of iconic magazines like Woman’s Day and Family Circle. (Yes, that’s me, circa 1980, as a sad clown and wearing a t-shirt I designed and made myself with iron-on transfers from Family Circle magazine.)
