An Interactive Reading & Writing Experience
Author Shelley Powers invites students into an engaging exploration of the writing process, creativity, and the power of their own stories. During this program, students will discover:
where story ideas come from—and how ordinary moments become extraordinary stories;
the writing process, from first draft to finished publication;
why revision isn’t failure—it’s where great writing happens; and
how reading fuels creativity, imagination, and confidence.
